The Terminus 7000 is the ultimate backpack for hardcore alpine sheep and goat hunts. Sewing the bag directly to the frame and incorporating an internal load cell allows this alpine workhorse to get your gear into the high country with ease. Using Stone Glacier’s proven frame geometry and load capability, this pack was built with plenty of room to get your gear and meat back to the truck.
To minimize excess leverage and maximize load placement, the 2200 cubic inch internal load cell positions the meat next to the frame, closest to your center of gravity. With this design you get an incredible 4800 cubic inches of usable space inside the pack gear. Two drain holes in the bottom of the main bag prevent blood from pooling inside the load cell aiding with cleanup back home.
Stone Glacier’s new ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) blend fabric is used for the main bag. The new fabric offers higher abrasion resistance and tear strength at a lower weight, for alpine hunts where every added ounce count. The seams of this pack are not sealed but both X-Pac® and SG UHMWPE are waterproof fabrics that will not absorb or retain water. The internal load cell was designed to carry the boned-out meat of medium-sized game.
